隨著各國邊境鬆綁、我國國門開放，施打高端疫苗的民眾赴日須自費PCR一事，也引發許多民眾不滿，然而中央流行疫情指揮中心昨（19）日也宣佈，「高端戰士」可追打他牌經世界衛生組織（WHO）認證之疫苗作為補救方式，但仍讓不少當初「挺國產」的支持者無法接受。今（20）日最新消息指出，目前有14國家針對入境旅客採取無條件開放，其中亦有多國承認高端，反而堅持WHO認證疫苗國僅少數。

指揮中心今日公佈「國人主要出遊國家入境檢疫規定或措施」說明，目前無條件入境免隔離的國家，包含：韓國、澳大利亞、紐西蘭、越南、泰國、加拿大、法國、義大利、英國、德國、阿根廷、墨西哥、土耳其、南非等14國。

值得注意的是，即便高端戰士在未打滿WHO認證疫苗情況下，暫時無法入境日本、新加坡、美國、西班牙、智利等5國，但全球承認高端疫苗的國家仍有10國，包括：印尼、帛琉、紐西蘭、貝里斯、索馬利蘭、泰國、愛沙尼亞、巴拉圭、馬來西亞、聖克里斯多福等。

指揮中心進一步分析，以目前看來「日本」算是規定最嚴格之國家，對方入境不僅只承認WHO認證疫苗，且甚至還規定得打滿3劑。此外，指揮中心強調截至2022年10月20日，至少通過1國核准EUA但WHO尚未認可的疫苗，其實多達34款，而高端只是其中之一。
