台塑企業（1301）為善盡企業社會責任及鼓勵員工生育，自2022年7月起增設生育獎勵措施，除員工或其配偶於懷孕、生產時，公司將贈送精緻福袋外，在寶寶出生後，公司為表達祝賀，更致贈每一位新生兒2萬元的生育禮金，以及每月每位幼兒2千元育兒補助，直至滿6歲止。
鴻海集團（2317）於2020年啟動「0-6歲公司養」政策，引起各大企業關注；而台塑指出，公司長期致力員工照顧，除提供優於同業的薪資水準及穩定調薪，也實施許多員工福利及優惠措施，例如員工本人及眷屬至長庚醫院的就醫優待、優於法令的給假、補助員工新(換)購電動車等等，增設生育獎勵措施，鼓勵員工增產報國。

台塑指出，公司為支持與鼓勵員工生育，新生兒出生後，將致贈每名新生兒2萬元之生育補助，一方面祝賀新生命誕生；另一方面，也鼓勵員工增產報國；同時，為減低員工養育學齡前孩童之經濟負擔，在員工子女出生後至滿6歲止，每月再補助每位孩童2千元育兒津貼，補貼員工育兒所需。
台塑透露，員工子女就學後，各公司福委會更有獎學金可供申請至大學或研究所，鼓勵員工子女認真向學，無形中也塑造了下一代良好的學習態度與積極進取的精神。以全企業平均每年約850位新生兒估算，本次增設之各項生育獎勵措施，每年約補助1.4億元。台塑企業持續落實各項永續行動方案，善盡企業的社會責任，更以實質行動支持與關懷企業員工，營造員工友善的幸福職場！

據了解，鴻海集團（2317）創辦人郭台銘長期制定各種員工眷屬方面的措施，透過「鴻海人健康照護網」計劃照護鴻海人的下一代，並於2020年1月宣布，旗下全體員工將加碼0到3歲的育兒津貼擴大到6歲（含未滿7歲），每月可領1.5萬元，加上產前交通補助，最高每胎總計補助約130.5萬元，兩年來共發出約新台幣3億元以上，照顧逾千名鴻海寶寶；而這次台塑選擇跟進鴻海的腳步，推出0-6歲的生育補助，獲得大批員工的熱烈支持。
